crumplers.. fell in love with crumplers quite some time back.. was a luxury to have a crumpler last time.. now.. every tom, dick and harry have one.. haha.. sold my 7million dollar home at the price i bought 1yr ago to someone a few days ago.. got a new 8million dollar home.. quite satisfied.. first time a get a brand new crumpler from the shop.. (7million was brand new from a clubsnap guy..) so yap.. watch out for my new 8million soon!

i just realised that my life's kinda monochrome.. it's all black and white.. and a bit of grey sometimes.. well.. almost there.. haha.. lemme see.. about half of the shots that i post here are in that 2 distinctive tones(yes, and shades of grey).. anyways.. here's my humble lil' den that i study, work, play(my tbone sometimes..!) and sleep.. tried to make it as cosy as possible as i probably spent a significant chunk of time in it.. there is no distinct direction of how the room is styled but it's probably just random splash of reds and oranges.. just simply bold and striking colors.. make it more lively eh? anyways.. a colored shot will be done soon(i hope.)

some random thoughts.. can i not celebrate my birthday this year(so i wun get older).? it makes me feel older.. but not wiser.. *shakes head*

a set of 4 polaroids(they are going extinct this year) taken from 4 slightly different angles(thus the "messy-lay-on-the-table" look..) that formed a mosaic for Singapore Flyer.. was inspired by a polaroid mosaic that i saw from a book i borrowed recently.. mine was considered small scale to it already.. that guy actually took over 50 shots of the interior of his house in a rather random manner and put 'em into a large mosiac.. totally amazing.. will link up the shot if i can find it somewhere..

hmm.. i finally get to play my tbone(not the makan variation) somewhere.. let's keep it a secret for the moment.. (:

everyone's seems to be shooting EPR recently.. hmmm.. that film is really fantastic when u xpro it.. whacky colors there.. loved it.. haha.. speaking of developing xpro.. i kinda stop sending 'em to XXX photolab cos they are kinda gettin' sloppy for their work.. chemicals going bad and still not changing.. dusty scans, fingerprints and wad not.. anyway.. enough of sulking.. here's some lousy samples of EPR..

i feel kinda like.. stuck @ the crossroad.. can decide which path to follow.. i love music.. i love photography.. (i love shin as always.. lol!)

in my current state.. i just can't pursue them all(how i wish i can).. imagine i have to:
#1. attain my degree(oh shuck, i just reminded myself exams are coming!)
#2. upgrade my photography techniques.
#3. pick up my trombone again.
#4. complete my piano studies(fyi. i stopped @ grade 5, eons & eons ago..)
#5. earn some moolah for my wallet.(i'm 80% self sufficient currently)

#1 is my definite priority, coping alrite w/o the rest of the distractions from #2-5.. but if u put 'em into the equation.. *shakes head*

i wanna do well for my musik aspect of my life.. i really miss 'em.. *sigh*

i m so sorry that i've doubt u.. and myself again.. i just cannot think the way i want to anymore.. i have been judging things by wad i see with my own eyes.. is it wrong to do that? peps always tell mi not to judge the book by its cover.. but, if things are not wad they seem, den can someone pls guide mi along? i need alot more reassurance from u.. i m just not able to be as confident as before.. not that i dun wan to.. i cant do it anymore.. there are moments i tot just by avoiding it will get me through.. but i cannot force myself to be ignorant when it is just right in front of me.. try feeling angry/upset till u're trembling physically.. that's the extent it hurts.. m i getting mental about this..? am i still in a normal state of mind or m i going mad? can u knock mi back to my senses? omg.. help.

that's another job that i will never do.. even if there's no other job for me.. even if i m to starve to death.. never. anyway.. i went to sentosa(yea.. for the sun and the beach.. lol!) for 2 interviews(it was an misunderstanding on my part).. 1st one(rather impromtu) was with the manager for the sentosa luge co. for a job as the luge operation host(go find out more urself!).. he's a new zealander.. veri nice guy.. think i cliqued with him quite well during the interview.. felt very comfortable talking to him.. told mi the basic job scope and stuffs.. after this interview(my first in my life.. previous job i did never had interviews.), i tot i had already made my choice.. provided he hire me(well.. he did..) the 2nd interview was with sentosa co.(they are 2 different co.) for a job as the admission host.. din't actually want to attend it.. but it's not nice to no-show.. so i went.. it was a group interview thingy.. kinda weird but yea.. i tried to be spontaneous.. and irritating(fyi.. not all applicants get the job).. so i presented myself like myself.. extrovert and a lil' outspoken(i know i had a bad intention.. so sue mi..) and both offered me the job.. haha.. i had to nicely decline the admission job.. and i sent a polite sms(3 into 1 actually) to them.. here goes.. "Hi Shanez! Thank you for your phone call offering me the admission job. I appreciate the opportunity you offered, but I have had another offer which I believe more closely matches my current interest. Therefore, I must decline your offer. I do appreciate all the hospitality extended to me by u and sess, do thanks alot again!" i hope she din curse at me when she got this(btw.. the sentosa admission host's uniform is darn ugly).. i accepted the luge job.. commencing on the 24th september.. do come and enjoy a ride if u haven't try to before.!

to be understanding.. i failed badly.. the more i try.. the harder it seem to become.. i wondered.. am i doing it wrongly..? or did i not put in my 100% into it..? i lost my temper again today.. 3 weeks since it happened.. i do not deny that it has been bottling up within myself.. but i did not mean to release it out either earlier on.. emotions just overtook my sanity.. my confidence is on an all-time low.. i need the boost that was given to me when i'm in taiwan.. i dun feel it coming le.. i keep telling myself that there are many factors that causes the current state of the situation.. but i just need that "push" to keep me going on..

nearly 4 years of ups and downs.. i feel that i have grown from it.. to me.. i feel that i am able to cope compared to the many years back.. but there's still more for the better of the future.. my perseverance will bear the fruit of my labour.. don't ever mention "give up" to me.. never shall it overcome me..

NEVER give them ur precious contact nos... cos they will make thousands of calls(i meant it..)to get u.. ask mi why i m so pissed.. i was gullible enough to give her my mobile no.. for the whole of 1 week plus.. she keep calling and calling.. even resorted to using another no. when i dun pick up her usual no..
